3. Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

hajigame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request documentation to verify your identity, residential address, and payment methods at any stage of your account's lifecycle. Documents commonly requested include a Bangladesh NID card, passport photo page, utility bill (dated within 90 days), and confirmation of your bKash or Nagad mobile wallet ownership. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Processing

Wagering Requirements

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, a maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Where a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions page at the time the promotion is offered.

7. User Obligations

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on hajigame — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of hajigame or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to hajigame.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of hajigame.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, hajigame and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

hajigame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your hajigame account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat on the platform. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

Account Suspension or Termination by hajigame

hajigame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, including in circumstances where: a player has violated these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; a player has registered multiple accounts; KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe; or a self-exclusion request has been received.
